Coming soon, and based on the success of our Tequity Tuesday conversations, our podcast will be designed to reach more women with the strategies and information they need for successful careers in the media/tech and entertainment industries.

Beta-Testing Partnerships

One of our goals at #GALSNGEAR is to ensure that hardware and software companies recognize the value of including women in their beta-testing networks. #GALSNGEAR hopes to be the bridge that connects these companies to talented women within the community. Women, and especially women of color are often left out of beta-testing, yet they can provide invaluable insights and contributions as industry hardware and software is developed. And early adoption and access to R&D communities often gives beta testers an edge in career advancement. #GALSNGEAR members have tested cameras, color-grading software, AI-enabled editing tools and all-in-the-cloud live production software.

Leadership Training

The #GALSNGEAR Leadership Training series covers four key pillars of upskilling necessary for early and mid-career leaders:

  3. Negotiation Skills
  4. Financial Literacy for Women Leaders

Each segment is taught by a skilled professional curated for her depth of knowledge and impactful presentation style. Workshops can be held virtually, in person, hybrid, or a combination. Discounts are available for #GALSNGEAR supporting industry partners and companies.

Each year, #GALSNGEAR showcases one of the leadership skill areas at our annual CONNECT Leadership Summit. CONNECT provides an in-person opportunity for women to connect, build their networks, and upskill in areas not often covered at industry conferences and events.
